ACC/Appreciative Inquiry Coach/Coaching Federal Government Employees
Amy is a dedicated ICF ACC Appreciative Inquiry coach with a passion for helping individuals break through limiting beliefs and step into their fullest potential. With specialized experience coaching federal government employees, she understands the unique challenges they face and provides a supportive space for growth and transformation.
Amy completed her coach training in 2022 through the Federal Internal Coach Training Program (FICTP), which is certified by the International Coach Federation (ICF). She is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with ICF and a certified Appreciative Inquiry coach through The Center for Appreciative Inquiry, an ICF-recognized program. She believes in the power of expanding awareness around life’s challenges to create meaningful change.
Through a strengths-based approach, Amy partners with her clients to ignite their drive to imagine, dream, and design their ideal future. Her coaching empowers individuals to shift perspectives, embrace new possibilities, and flourish in both their personal and professional lives.
