Biography

Zizi has worked for charities, local councils and community development organisations for over two decades. Zizi has also taught subjects in the Community Services Diploma at TAFE (one of the leading providers of education and training in Australia).

In 2015 Zizi established Community Minds, a community development not-for-profit and charity based in southwest Sydney. As Founder and CEO of Community Minds Zizi, alongside a team of passionate community workers, has and continues to implement projects that inspire and educate children and young people about community building, participation and ways they can positively impact their communities.

Zizi takes an asset-based and strengths-based approach when working with people and communities.  The focus on what is working well and what helps humans and human systems flourish and thrive is a key focus in Zizi’s work.
