Biography

Rhiannon is a business psychologist, speaker, coach, and workshop facilitator through her company Team Weaving. She knows the best outcomes happen when we start from our strengths both individually and collectively.

She also knows that true innovation and growth come from

1. psychological safety

2. diversity of mind, perspective, and approach

3. synchronicity of strengths and values.

Her work is about creating that synchronicity, particularly for remote or flexible work teams. Emotionally intelligent teams can be synchronized without losing their autonomy or flexibility. Her work is grounded in positive psychology and creative interaction techniques.

Rhiannon has a Master’s in Business Psychology and is certified in Appreciative Inquiry, Systems Thinking, and Creative Leadership.  She is an advisor at Kwaai, a non-profit focused on ethical AI. She is also the founder of Parents for the Planet, an international eco-grief support group, and a board member for the Southern Plains Land Trust. She lives with her technology advisor husband and student pilot son in Wheat Ridge, Colorado.
