Biography
Kara is the CEO and Founder of Insights Leadership Group. Over the past 15 years, she had been a careful observer of human behavior inside of work. She started her career with a high-growth tire company that provided vast experience in the automotive industry, tire business, consultation, and adult learning. From there she went on to build talent capabilities inside Ultimate software leading functions such as leadership development, organizational development, and employee experience. Kara holds a Bachelor’s in Psychology degree from Texas State University and a Masters of Science in Organizational Development degree from Queens University of Charlotte. She is passionate about helping people realize their potential and solving complex organizational problems through the collective intelligence of their people. Kara currently resides in Cary, NC with her husband and two sons.
