I have over two decades’ experience training, coaching, and developing teams and leaders in various sectors including the federal government, private sector, direct sales industry, education, and non-profit groups. I bring conscientious and forward-thinking approaches to the solutions I provide, and clients appreciate my high energy and interactive presentations and intuitive and supportive coaching.
Over the years, I experienced the highs and lows of leading diverse and dynamic teams, as a high school English teacher and then the leader of a multi-million-dollar sales and leadership team in the direct sales industry. During that time, I invested heavily in my own leadership development and training so I could bring knowledge and experience to others looking to build their leadership and interpersonal skills. In 2014, I established my own training and coaching practice serving leaders and teams working to strengthen their inter and intrapersonal skills and improve their workplace culture.
I hold professional coaching certification through iPEC (Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching) and am ICF (International Coach Federation) credentialed (PCC). I am also a Myers- Briggs Master Practitioner, EQ-i 2.0 administrator, Appreciative Inquiry Facilitator, and Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner and am certified as a COR.E Dynamics Leadership and Transitions Specialist. My degrees are a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in English with Secondary Education and Master of Science (MS) in Curriculum and Instruction with Supervision Certification.
