Biography

I am a Library Strategist at Midwest Collaborative for Library Services. Previously, I was the Assistant Director at Eckhart Public Library in Auburn, Indiana; I have also worked in newspaper journalism as a reporter and editor. I hold a B.A. in Journalism & History and a Certificate in Jewish Studies from Indiana University Bloomington, and a Masters degree in Library Science from Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis. I also hold a Certificate in Creating Wellbeing from The Wellbeing Lab by Michelle McQuaid, and I have completed the Harwood Institute Public Innovators Lab.

I am passionate about engaging communities, and I have particular interest in setting a stage for inclusion – ensuring that all voices are heard and valued. My life’s goal is to leave the world a better place than I found it.
